This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms an integral part of the Terms of Service ("Agreement") governing the use of our ("GoProxy") products, services, and related systems (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this AUP.
The purpose of this AUP is to establish clear standards of acceptable conduct, prevent misuse of the Services, and protect the security, integrity, and availability of our infrastructure and that of third parties.
Users shall not engage in, encourage, or facilitate any activity that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with this AUP. The following categories constitute prohibited use of the Services, including but not limited to:
2.1 Illegal or Unlawful Conduct
● Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
● Fraudulent behavior, including identity theft, impersonation, misrepresentation, or unauthorized account
access.
● Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activities.
● Unauthorized access to restricted government systems, public infrastructure, or protected data sources.
2.2 Harmful, Abusive, or Malicious Conduct
● Transmission or distribution of malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful code.
● Conducting or participating in DDoS attacks, port scanning, system probing, or security testing without
explicit authorization.
● Engaging in spamming, bulk unsolicited messaging, or other disruptive mass‑automation activities.
● Interfering with, degrading, or attempting to circumvent security or access controls of any system,
platform, or network.
2.3 Platform Abuse and Unauthorized Data Activities
● Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data from platforms that explicitly prohibit such activity.
● Circumventing rate limits, CAPTCHA systems, IP restrictions, or access controls.
● Accessing, collecting, or processing personal data without lawful basis or authorization.
● Using the Services to create, distribute, or operate automated systems for deceptive or manipulative
purposes.
2.4 Restricted or High‑Risk Use Cases
The following categories are considered high‑risk and require prior written authorization:
● Online gambling, betting, or lottery‑related activities.
● Adult content services or associated traffic generation tools.
● Large‑scale automation intended to manipulate social media metrics.
● Lead generation, contact scraping, or large‑scale personal data acquisition.
For plans marketed as "unlimited," no fixed data caps apply within the designated session or billing period. However, all usage remains subject to a Fair Use standard.
Users must ensure that:
● Traffic patterns remain within reasonable and non‑disruptive operational thresholds.
● Automated processes do not impose excessive load on networks, endpoints, or integrated platforms.
● Service consumption does not degrade or threaten the stability, performance, or availability of the
Services.
We reserve the right to audit usage, enforce limitations, or suspend accounts exhibiting behavior that violates Fair Use expectations.
Users shall:
● Maintain the confidentiality and security of account credentials, API keys, and authentication materials.
● Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.
● Refrain from exposing internal endpoints, tokens, or system access credentials to unauthorized parties.
We may investigate any suspected violation and may request additional information from the user as part of compliance review.
Suspected breaches of this AUP should be reported promptly to our support team. Reports should include relevant facts, timestamps, and supporting materials when available. We will conduct internal assessments and take appropriate remedial actions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:
● Limit, throttle, or restrict Service access;
● Suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations;
● Block specific traffic patterns, endpoints, or usage types;
● Take any other action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Services.
Severe, repeated, or intentional violations may result in permanent termination of access.
We may modify or update this AUP at any time. Changes shall become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
